I was challenged to look at ways to become more efficient in terms of cost savings… This system when used as instructed is great.

Monthly line clean overnight 1 x deep 8 hour soak (I instruct my guys to do it the night of the stock take) and then once stock is counted reconnect and flush through. In 2019 we lost 5% of all draught products to waste. Since fitting the DING system this has been reduced to 1.2%.

The savings depend on the line runs, so I have an average of 12 pumps in the Pubs with a 14 pint line run £700 per clean… Current savings (not including labour) are £387k per annum just for the bars…

I am now adding them into the function room cellars where I have significant volume. Once installed I expect to see an annual saving of approx £600k. I would highly recommend it.
