The installation itself took just a couple of hours and went smoothly with no mess or disruption. Training was provided the same day and it is much easier and quicker to do the beer line cleaning now.

It is easier to manage and plan as it is done only once a month. So on the positive side, we are saving on payroll. Looking at the savings, we also saved on average £300 pounds a month.

Since we have had DING system installed, we haven’t had a flat beer complaint, or any issue with quality. We are really happy with their system and product.

Personally, I feel that this is a good fit for a hotel in general. This product gives the staff more time to focus on other areas in the business when not having to a weekly clean.

Not only this, but due to the nature of the cleaning product the lines seem to be cleaner and as an eco-friendly hotel I feel this matches our aim. But the main target is taste, and we have had many compliments since the change and no complaints regarding the taste.

So, in turn, I feel that the device is worth the investment, the powder is cheap (cheaper than some line cleaners) and produces good results. This will reduce the costing of our wastage significantly for the year if continued.
